1.5湯匙初搾冷壓特級純橄欖油 (純橄欖油具香甜味,可增加口感)
1.5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1.5湯匙蘋果醋
1.5 tablespoons cider vinegar
1湯匙切碎的紅洋蔥
1 tablespoon minced shallot
2茶匙蜂蜜
2 teaspoons honey
1/4 茶匙鹽
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 茶匙黑胡椒粉
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2杯切細片的富士蘋果
2 cups thinly sliced Fuji apple
1.5杯切(壓)碎的胡桃
1.5 cups crushed walnuts
